For the past 5 or 6 days, everywhere I go I see matresses out on the street. Every block I walk the Renegade Master, I pass multiple matresses out on the sidewalk. When I go pick up a sandwhich from work for lunch, I pass people carrying mattresses. When I pass a moving van, they are always loading a mattress.
Is this new mattress season and no one told me?

Kelly, did you hear about the bed bug epidemic sweeping NYC? Apparently the bugs have been traveling in Fresh Direct trucks and invading entire buildings every time the trucks stop to make deliveries. You better go ask your neighbors if they use Fresh Direct.
I heard there's a virus spreading around NYC that's making everyone incontinent.
it started last year in my brooklyn neighborhood too...lots of bugs apparently...some guys used to drive around and collect mattresses on top of his van..he fit about 8, without tipping, it was an odd site.
not really sure what kind of thriving aftermarket there is for bug infested mattresses. You guys may want to rethink that too good to be true one on craig's list...
